Completed and signed Rental Application for each person residing in the unit over the age of 18.  All areas must be completed.  Dates of tenancy (past and current), references, credit, purposed occupants, etc.

CREDIT REPORT: 
Payment of $35 per adult for credit check.
(Non-refundable fee - cash or money order only)

PROOF OF INCOME:
If you are a student, then we require financial aid documentation and/or parental co-signing.

CURRENT ID:
Drivers license or ID Card must be presented for verification.

$35, ID, Proof of Income and COMPLETED application MUST be submitted BEFORE application can be processed.  Forms may be faxed; however, credit report cannot be run until paid for and final approval is subject to verification of original documents.
